Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Wendy Zyther LLC. If not, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging/condition, with all tags and accessories.
  • Furniture is large/bulky; returns may require inspection for damage or use.
  • Final sale items, custom orders, or clearance products are non-returnable (noted on product page).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@wendyzyther.com or (801) 913-7922 within 30 days to request a return authorization (RMA).
  2. Provide order number, photos of item/condition if requested.
  3. Ship item back to: 2526 N Gaylord St, Denver, CO 80205 (or as instructed).
  4. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/damaged/wrong (we cover in those cases).

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our error).
  • Damaged/Defective Items: We cover return shipping + full refund or replacement. Report within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size/color/style if available (subject to restocking). Contact us to arrange.

Damaged Shipments Report visible damage to carrier and us immediately upon delivery. We work with carriers for claims.
